The gift of Service to Society

External to church..you may have a job that involves some kind of service or caring for people with particular needs. There are many opportunities for serving others through voluntary groups and charities, through being involved in an organisation such as Round Table or Rotary, through serving as a local councillor, magistrate, school governor or similar role. Perhaps if this is your gifting, the most useful place to be is 'out there' but....

Within church..there are opportunities to use your gifting and your practical or financial resources to contribute to the life of St Peter's, and to join with others with similar concerns. You may find like-minded people in:

  • Organising fundraising events
